Personal information is information about an identifiable individual and includes your name, address, email address, and telephone numbers. Unless you submit information using the ‘Contact Form’ on the Site, or one of the sign up buttons, we do not collect personal information about you when you visit the Site.
You may also choose to submit personal information when booking an appointment via the scheduling website that this Site links to.
Where personal information is provided via any of the above mechanisms, we may store it in any format we choose at our offices or at premises outside our offices, including data storage facilities or online storage located within or outside New Zealand, which may be operated by independent service contractors.
Purposes for which we use your personal information
Personal information we collect and hold will only be used by Vicki Evans Coaching to contact you and manage appointments. It is never shared outside this purpose, nor sold. If we subsequently agree to provide services to you, our terms of engagement will govern our relationship.
If you download our questionnaire or join our email list we may send your name, email and other basic information about you to an email service provider such as MailChimp. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
If you schedule an appointment via Vicki Evans Coaching’s scheduling website, your personal information will also be stored by that scheduling website for the purposes of managing appointments and contacting you.
User information
When you visit our Site, we also collect general user information such as anonymised user information, users’ internet protocol addresses, browser type and internet service provider details and other technical information. We currently make use of Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics for these purposes. We use this information to administer the Site and to gain a better understanding of our users and how they use the Site. However, this information is not personal information — it does not include any personal identifiable information.
Your rights
You have legal rights in relation to your personal information in different jurisdictions including the right to access, control our use of, or request correction or deletion of, your personal information.
